The Great Debaters event is held in location that is easily accessible and central to the participating schools. Each event takes two days. The event is attended by at least 40 schools in which about 1000 visiting students are usually in attendance besides the hosting school’s population.
During the event onsite sponsor branding is done around the venue and in the main hall. An onsite experiential tent is set up outside the hall where an activation team is stationed. Activation team sensitizes students on sponsor products. Educational and tech merchandise are also distributed here. A presentation is done before the debates begin of short videos highlighting a message from the sponsor. This could be coupled with sponsor- student interaction.
